Helen E. Sperber, R.D., C.D.N. is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutritionist who specializes in weight management, cardiovascular rehabilitation, diabetes care, sports nutrition, dental nutrition, drug/alcohol abuse, gerontological nutrition, and developmental/psychiatric nutrition along with general nutrition.

She holds a B.S. in Nutritional Science/Dietetics and Psychology from Rutgers University, Cook College. She completed her Dietetic Internship and clinical training at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York Weill Cornell Medical Center. Helen is a seasoned practitioner with experience working for various hospitals and nursing homes in the tri-state area. Currently, she is a clinical dietitian in private practice. Her work includes consulting to various businesses, physicians, and health clubs, as well as to other organizations/clubs in which she lectures in the metropolitan area on "Eating For Good Health" and other related nutritional topics.

Her professional affiliations include the American Dietetic Association, the Greater New York Dietetic Association and the New Jersey Dietetic Association.
